we wer told someone would come out to check the damp-proofin.this never happened. we then had to pay for a call out as the damp course hasn't worked.we waited in all day n no-one turned up. now they aren't answerin our calls.

Terrible after service, they tell you they'll send you a report, ive been waiting 3 weeks and had nothing, now they're not answering my calls.
