Eddy jarvis is the most corupt landlord i no he does not fix his houses does not give out rent books and adds money to there rent as he likes tells council that people are still in his houses when there not to avoide him paying council tax when his houses are empty, he never servicesgas boilers in his houses and most of his propertys are rearly damp the thing is there is somthink going on between the bolsover council and eddy jarvis as the council no about him thay have3 had to send him threatening letters about fixing brockern sewage pipes were sewage is pouring in to neighbours gardens ect, but the most dogeyist landlord says things and the councill will only listern to jarvice taking his word were the council is taking people to court for council tax thay do not ow and finaly if you are in a council house you have to get a proper tradesman to do repairs eddy jarvis gets unqualified jack of all trades to do hos repairs that dont do a very good job
